Change your account email address and password

Change your email address

Your account email address is the address we use to send account-related correspondence to you.

To modify your account email address:

  1. Click your profile image at the top right, then select Account settings.
  2. Click Administrators in the left sidebar.
  3. Click to open the three-dot icon for your name, then choose Edit.
  4. Change your email address, then click Edit administrator.
  5. Enter your login details when prompted, then click Confirm.
  6. A verification code will be sent to the new email. Enter this code, then click Confirm and log out.

Change your password

To update your password:

  1. Click your profile image at the top right, then select Account settings.
  2. Click Administrators in the left sidebar.
  3. Click to open the three-dot icon for your name, then choose Change your password.
  4. Enter your login details when prompted, then click Confirm.
  5. Enter a new password in both fields, then click Change your password.
