How to get help

There are multiple ways to get help with any Campaign Monitor products, including the Help center you are reading this from. With hundreds of useful article resources at your fingertips, it’s organized by the topics most relevant to using your account. Simply click on one of the main topics on the homepage and then browse through article titles to find what best suits your needs.

In the event that you can’t find what you are looking for here in the Help center, or would just like some assistance, our support team can be reached directly from your account and are readily available for technical support or to provide feedback and suggestions.

Issues with our application are reported on our status page. You can subscribe to receive automatic updates.

If you require login assistance, please refer to this article.

Online support

Anytime you are logged into your account, or on a Help center page, you will have access to our digital assistant tool. You can easily access it by clicking the question mark found in the bottom right-hand corner of any page.

The digital assistant tool is linked to our Help center articles and is designed to quickly find what you are looking for. You’ll need to first ask a question, or provide some information about your request, and the tool will provide some corresponding article excerpts meant to assist you.

In the event that you cannot find what you seek, you’ll also be able to submit a case to our support team via the contact form within the digital assistant tool.

In agency accounts, any client or sub-account users who click the question mark for help from the app will be directed to reach out to the Primary Contact of the account instead of being able to use the form.

To ensure they will be able to reach someone for help, it’s important that the Primary Contact is set up to receive and respond to emails in your account; or be sure that all of your users know how to get in touch should they need assistance.
