Abandoned cart analytics gives you insight into how well your abandoned cart automation is performing, so you can optimize for improving the rate of cart recovery.
Terms used
Time frame
You can select a time frame between 24 hours and 12 months. The default time frame is 72 hours.
Abandoned carts
How many carts were abandoned within the time frame.
Carts recovered
How many abandoned carts have been recovered and purchased within the time frame.
Revenue recovered
How much store revenue was recovered by the journey within the time period.
Recovery rate
The rate of abandoned carts being recovered within the time period. A recovered cart is one that was abandoned and a recovery email was sent, which led to the customer returning to complete the purchase.
Avg. cart value
The average value of carts that have entered into the abandoned cart journey within the time frame.
Value of lost carts
The total value of lost carts that have not been recovered within the time frame. A lost cart is one that was abandoned and a recovery email was sent, but the purchase was not completed.
