After you've set up one or more transactional emails and they've started to send, reporting will be displayed in the Transactional section of your account.

You'll see a chart like the image below which shows mail that has been delivered, bounce rates, and average opens and clicks for all transactional emails sent in the last 30 days.

You can change the reporting period by clicking the dropdown menu at the top right. Switch it from the last seven days to the last 30 or 90 days. You can also hover your cursor over an individual day to see that day's results.

Reporting for both smart and classic transactional emails is included in the one chart.

Email groups

Email groups make it easy to see how a particular set of transactional emails are performing. For example, you can collate all password reset emails in one group, while all account activation emails can be in another.

For smart transactional email, groups are automatically created for you, using the email name you choose during the creation process. If you send classic transactional emails, you need to assign groups using SMTP headers or the API. After an email group is created, the group name is listed below the overview report.

When you click a group name you'll see reporting for that specific group, including an additional chart on the right for engagement over time.

On a group email report you'll also see, below the graph, the most commonly clicked links across all emails in the group, and the latest emails sent for that group.

Delete an email group

You can delete a transactional email group by hovering your cursor over its name and clicking the trash icon.
