Rebrand your account

The following information is for Campaign Monitor resellers

Below, we'll explain how to customize your account to reflect your brand, instead of Campaign Monitor.

Branding

To get started, click your profile image at the top right, then select Customize. There are three ways you can customize your account to match your brand. In the "Branding" section, click Edit to access these options.

Site name

This is the title displayed at the top of every page in your account. In new accounts it says "Campaign Monitor" but you can change it to your company name, or replace the text with a logo as explained below.

The site name is also referenced at the top of client invoices.

Instead of text, you can upload your logo to display at the top of every page.

Customized header logo

Keep in mind that this is the same for all of your clients, so it would normally be your company logo, or the logo you use for your email marketing service.

Header background color

Either click the color swatch to select from a color picker, or enter a hex value for your brand's color.

Login experience

Use the following customization options to ensure that all touch points for your customers match your brand.

Site address for login

You can change the site address chosen when your Campaign Monitor account was created. It's generated from the text entered in the "Your company name" field on our account signup form.

Or, you can replace our createsend.com domain completely by setting up an account custom domain.

The login page is another place where you can use your company logo. It's the page that displays when you or your clients visit yourcompany.createsend.com to access the account. Your login page logo must be no larger than 430x400 pixels.

Logout page

You can also set a logout page that your clients will be directed to immediately after clicking Log out from their account. For example, you might want to send them back to your main website.

If you don't set a custom URL they will just see our generic logout page, which is unbranded.

Account custom domain

You can also replace our createsend.com domain with your own custom domain. This way, when your clients are logging in to their section of the account, it will appear as if they haven't left your website.
