To disconnect the Campaign Monitor for Shopify integration:

1. In Campaign Monitor, click Clients in the top navigation, then select the relevant client.
2. Click Settings > API & integrations.
3. Under My E-commerce integrations, click the dots to the right of your Shopify store to expose the menu. Select Disconnect store.
4. Check Yes, disconnect the integration then click Disconnect integration.
